We offer the best platform to buy or sell affordable and designer watches at the best prices and allow our customers to enjoy the benefits of owning multiple watches. There are NO CHARGES for listing and a commission is charged ONLY when a product is sold or purchased.
You can list as many watches as you desire on the Market Place.
There is nothing like a first/second copy in any watch brand. Either it is an original watch or else considered FAKE. We are seriously concerned on the authenticity of the watch and urge our ‘SELLERS” not to attempt to post watches which are not ORIGINAL.
We do not encourage and will not authorize posting of watches that are not in working condition regardless of the brand.
You can always list the watch you feel even if you do not know the actual price. But it is requested that the selling price be fair which would enable a good chance of a quick sale.
You can keep the listing active for any period of time.
It depends on a lot of factors such as the brand of the watch and pricing etc. However, the normal turnaround time would be thirty days.

Once the BUYER receives the watch and has satisfied himself/herself on the same and does not revert to us with any complaints and ask for a refund within 48 hours of receipt of watch, payments will initiated on the 3rd day to the Seller.
It will be the responsibility of the SELLER to ship the watch and duly intimate us on the details of the courier.
It is ONLY under certain circumstances that RETURNS are allowed and in an unlikely event of a RETURN the BUYER should ship the watch back to the SELLER and intimate us on the courier details and once the SELLER receives the watch in the same condition it was sent, money shall be transferred back.

These are watches available on our MARKETPLACE that has been thoroughly verified and checked for AUTHENTICITY and quality checks and then listed on the MARKETPLACE. These VERIFIED watches comes with NO RETURNS and the sale if FINAL.

Buyer
It is the primary duty of the SELLER to ensure that he/she DO NOT post nor list any watch or product which are FAKES. Strict action will be initiated against any SELLER posting or listing FAKES.
Our payment gateway is secured and accepts most modes of payment such as Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking etc.

In an unlikely event of a RETURN that is APPROVED by us, the SELLER pays for the shipping of the RETURNED product.

An account has to be mandatory created for transacting on our website.
Once you have submitted the product for listing, you cannot individually delete it. You can send us an email at info@itsmytime.co.in with details you would like to change and we will do the needful.
The only other option will be for you to delete the product from your account and re create it.
To ensure complete trust in the transaction and also to ensure that it’s a GENUINE SELLER and BUYER. At any given point in time, we do not share DATA to third parties and the information provided is secure.
You cannot delete your account. However you can write to us at info@itsmytime.co.in and we can do the needful.
